Allied Glazing Systems demonstrates commitment to aluminium and construction industries with CAB Membership
Allied Glazing Systems is proud to have renewed its Council for Aluminium in Building (CAB) membership, demonstrating our passion for the specialist use of aluminium in construction.
CAB was formed in 1994 and brings together three existing trade associations; the Architectural Aluminium Association, the Patent Glazing Contractors’ Association and the Aluminium Window Association. Now the largest UK aluminium in building trade association, CAB has over 120 members across the supply chain which strengthen its voice in the sector and position it as a catalyst for growth and improvements.
Alongside informing and supporting members with ever-changing policies and documentation requirements, CAB is also highly proactive in a number of aluminium and sustainability initiatives. Its position as a large trade organisation means it has the power to influence future regulations and standards which will directly benefit the entire aluminium in build industry.
Phil Goy, Director at Allied Glazing Systems, said: “Renewing our CAB membership is part of our commitment to always offering customers the best advice and service as specialists in aluminium glazing in construction. It helps us keep abreast of the latest developments and helps to demonstrate our professionalism.”
