North of England based Allied Glazing Systems has commenced work on the Mission Hub in Sheffield with T & C Williams, installing Curtain Walling, Commercial Doors and Windows, from leading manufacturer Senior Architectural Systems.

The renovation project will transform a derelict 1863 Victorian school building at St Vincent’s into an exciting new ‘Hub’ for the Diocese of Hallam. The ‘Hub’ will serve as a welcome lifeboat for young adults who have become lost, providing them with a place they can belong within Christianity.

The work involves the design, fabrication and installation of doors, windows and curtain walling for the whole project and the Allied Glazing Systems team will be on site from 21st June to early July 2019.

Working with JUMP Architects, Allied chose to use Senior Architectural Systems’ SF52 Thermally enhanced curtain walling, SPW600E Thermally enhanced Commercial Doors and SPW501 Thermally enhanced windows on this project due to the aesthetic look of the profile, thermal properties and cost competitive price over other similar systems.
